KOSOO DW（2:1） Dual wall, adhesive-lined flexible polyolefin tubing n Application KOSOO DW (2:1) is a flexible, flame-retardant, dual wall,
irradiated heat-shrinkable tubing manufactured by co-extrusion of
polyolefin and hot-melt adhesive. Inner is hot-melt adhesive with
good stickness and outer is flexible, irradiated cross-linked
polyolefin. The adhesive can sitck the material of both sides of
connecting entirely and seal the point connecting. It is widely
used to seal and protect interconnections, joints and components
from fluids, moisture and corrosion and repair damaged wire
insulation, etc. Features/Benefits Shrink ratio: 2:1. Flexible of both outer tubing and inner adhesive. Adhesive bonds to outer tubing and surface below to form a positive
environmental seal. Good mechnical, electrical and chemical properties. Adhesive bonds to a wide variety of plastics, rubbers and metals. Free of PCBs, PCPs, polybrominated biphenyls (PBBs), polybrominated
biphenyl oxides and ethers (PBBOs, PBBEs and PBDEs) and toxic heavy
metal compounds, which are classified as environmentally hazardous
substances. Conform to European RoHS environmental directive.
